We are all made of constellations and dark matter. We can be anything if we wish to. But we are everything. And nothing. We are all special. So we aren’t. We are always looking up to where we came from, to where we belong, trying to understand what we are doing down here and not up there with all the long lost stars. If we’re all made of that same stuff, why aren’t we shining? And anxiety and a sense of emptiness takes over making it hard for us to see ahead. Or even where we stand. But we are all made of constellations. And one day we will find exactly where we should be down here. Showing the way to those who have yet to come. Letting them know it is possible to shine even when we are lost and far from home.

“And God, tell us the reason youth is wasted on the young
It’s hunting season and the lambs are on the run
Searching for meaning
But are we all lost stars trying to light up the dark?”
(Keira Knightley – Lost Stars)
